Meditation Made Easy

The positive effects of meditation on the body-mind-spirit system are well documented. For energy psychologists, where subjective states play a large role in our ability to access subtle energies, the practice of meditation can be extremely beneficial. This session is an introduction to meditation open to all levels, but particularly helpful for beginners. We start with a very brief overview of different types of meditation, then focus on helpful tips and techniques for making meditation easy. Then we’ll test-drive what we’ve learned by doing a facilitated meditation together with time after for questions or sharing.
